A Brand-New Pickleball Power Play Event Hits Tampa Bay (Pinellas Park)
Pickleball Power Play is excited to announce the Tampa Bay Pickleball Classic, taking place in March 13-15 2026 at the newly opened indoor facility Pickleball Kingdom Pinellas Park — located at 7300 US Highway 19 N in Pinellas Park, Florida, part of the greater Tampa Bay metropolitan area.
This event represents another dynamic stop on the Pickleball Power Play National Tour, bringing the same player-first format and competitive energy that players nationwide have come to expect.

What Players Get When They Play A Classic Power Play Event
All Matches: Two Out of Three Games to 11
Every match at a Classic Power Play event is played two out of three games to 11, win by two. This format provides true match play, meaningful competition, and far more on-court time than single-game or shortened formats. Players get the chance to settle matches properly and compete the way pickleball is meant to be played.
Guaranteed Games
All players are guaranteed multiple matches based on the number of teams in their division. Power Play is built around maximum playing time, not quick eliminations. A detailed game guarantee chart is provided in the event listing so players know exactly how much play they can expect before registering.
Official Lifetime Ball
All Classic Power Play events played indoors will use the Lifetime pickleball, a professional-grade ball known for its consistent bounce, durability, and performance in controlled environments. This ensures fair, high-quality play across all courts and divisions.
Exclusive Power Play Medals
Custom Power Play medals are awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in every division. These are exclusive to Power Play events and recognize strong performance across a full round robin and bracket-style competition.
Indoor, Climate-Controlled Courts
This Classic Power Play event is hosted at Pickleball Kingdom, featuring dedicated indoor courts. Players never have to worry about weather delays, wind, heat, or rain. Climate-controlled conditions create a consistent, high-quality playing experience from start to finish.
Full Round Robin Format
Every division features a full round robin, meaning players compete against all teams in their group. There is no single-match elimination or main-draw knockout. This format ensures fairness, more matches, and a true test of consistency and skill across the entire field.
