CAPTAINS GUIDE
This guide is designed to help team captains understand everything they need to know about creating and managing a league team. Below you’ll find clear instructions on registration, captain responsibilities, team organization, scorekeeping, and league expectations. Whether you’re a first-time captain or an experienced leader, this guide will walk you step-by-step through the entire process so you can confidently lead your team to success.
CAPTAIN REGISTRATION & FEES
-
Captains are required to pay a $25 Captain Registration Fee in order to create and manage a team.
-
Every captain is also a player, so captains must also pay the standard $75 Player League Fee.
-
This means a captain pays a total of $100 ($75 player fee + $25 captain fee).
TEAM SIZE AND PLAYER FEES
-
Captains may add as many players as they want to their team roster.
-
Each team member must register and pay their own $75 league fee.
-
Captains do not pay for their players – each player is responsible for their own payment.
TEAM CREATION AND PRIVATE TEAM LINK
-
When a captain registers a team, they will be provided with a special team link (unique URL).
-
This link must be shared directly with the players the captain wants on their team.
-
Players can ONLY join the team through this private link.
-
This system prevents random players from joining a team without the captain’s approval.
VENUE SELECTION
-
The captain (with input from the team) will choose the venue where the team will play.
-
The captain is responsible for coordinating and confirming the venue details for the team.
