Yes, fair play equals fun play. Players will be group by their DUPR Rating. If you don't have a DUPR rating its no problem, you can still register for this tournament and choose the event that best fits your skill level however, you will still need to have an active DUPR Account in order to participate in the tournament. You get a Free DUPR account by downloading the app and simply creating a profile. It takes less than 2 min.

Beer Band Available For Players 21 + 

We’re excited to announce that this tournament will feature on-site kegs of beer for players to enjoy on both Saturday and Sunday. To partake in the festivities, you’ll need to purchase a beer band. Just remember to bring a valid ID and present it at the check-in desk to secure your beer band. Please be aware that without an ID, we won’t be able to provide you with a beer band, and refunds will not be issued. So, come prepared and let’s enjoy this thrilling event together!

DUPR Account

All players must have a DUPR account in order to play in this event. You may register for this event first and then start your DUPR account after. All players will be verified before the event starts. If you do not have a DUPR Account by the day of the event, you will be removed with no refund. 

As a player you can sign up for which ever event that best fits your DUPR Rating. If you do not have a DUPR Rating, no problem, when you register for the tournament, please select the division where you skill level fits best. Keep in mind that you will still need a DUPR Account in order to participate in this tournament.

Each venue is like a unique pickleball court puzzle, and the number of courts sets the pieces! While some venues let us spread out and expand our division list, others cozy us up for a more intimate play. But no matter the size, at Pickleball Power Play, our top priority is to keep you in the game, serving and scoring! Q: Do I need a partner for this? 

A: As with all our events, it is best if you sign up with a partner. However, if you do not have one you can still register for the tournament. In the event you do not have a partner, our tournament directors will do their best to match you up with others that also need a partner. You will be notified once we find you a partner. If we are unable to find you a partner, you will be refunded. 

Our primary objective is to ensure minimal wait times while guaranteeing ample play for all participants. In the event of uneven teams within a round robin draw, some teams may receive a bye. This approach is taken to maintain the fairness and integrity of the tournament. Should specific level draws not be met, our directors will promptly communicate with the affected participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please read our Rules and Policy. 

Withdraw Date with 100% Refund - Nov 24, 2023

At Pickleball Power Play, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes participants may need to withdraw from a tournament. To ensure fairness and clarity for all involved, we have established the following withdrawal policy:

Refund Eligibility Window:

Participants are eligible for a refund only if they request to withdraw more than 7 days before the start date of the tournament. Withdrawal requests within 7 days of the tournament start date are not eligible for a refund.

Withdrawal Request Procedure:

To withdraw from a tournament, participants must submit a formal request via email to Pickleball Power Play. This ensures proper documentation and processing of the request. 

​

Special Considerations for Solo Registrants:

​

Registered Without a Partner - Partner Not Assigned:

If a participant registered solo without a partner and Pickleball Power Play was unable to find them a partner, the participant will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.

​

Registered Without a Partner - Partner Assigned:

If a participant registered solo without a partner and Pickleball Power Play successfully paired them with a partner, but then the participant chooses to withdraw, the participant will not be eligible for a refund.
