HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST

To be eligible for this giveaway, participants must complete all three required steps:

selection and announcement of winner
The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of participants who have successfully completed all three steps. The announcement will be made on Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd, and the winner will be notified via the email address provided during the Players List sign-up.
prize distribution
Upon announcement, the winner will be contacted directly to confirm their mailing address and other necessary details to facilitate the shipment of the Selkirk Halo Paddle. The winner must respond within 7 days of the announcement to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Product Damage
Pickleball Power Play takes utmost care in ensuring that all prizes, including the Selkirk Halo Paddle, are in excellent condition when they are dispatched to the winners. However, Pickleball Power Play is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the prize during shipping or after it has been delivered to the winner. The responsibility for the condition of the prize transfers to the winner once it has been shipped, and any claims for damage must be taken up directly with the shipping carrier.
Inaccurate Information
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the giveaway entry process is accurate and up to date. Pickleball Power Play is not responsible for prizes that are misdelivered or not delivered at all due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the participant. If a prize is returned to Pickleball Power Play due to inaccurate shipping information, the participant may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
